When you call to schedule an appointment we will ask for your insurance information to verify your benefits before your arrival. We can also do this when you first arrive. Either way, please bring your insurance information with you to your first visit.
Our Fees and Understanding Your Insurance.
Your first visit will normally last between 30-60 minutes.
After filling out the intake form, Dr. Stalheim will review your current condition history and pertinent health history with you.
Your first visit will involve a thorough movement assessment and biomechanical exam to further investigate your complaint. Generally, you can expect some form of treatment on your first visit.
Rarely are X-rays or additional diagnostic imaging necessary. For some conditions it is necessary and we will send you to Corridor Radiology where your imaging is read and interpreted by an MD who specializes in imaging.
